In her role as a senior facilitator, Diana Ballard is responsible for drawing on her leadership experience, business knowledge, and Disney Institute insights to understand client objectives and better align learning solutions. She facilitates delivery of business programs individually and as a team.
Prior to joining Disney Institute, she worked as a resort duty manager at Port Orleans Resort, where she led and mentored salaried and front-line cast members. She also partnered with the resort general managers to implement and sustain a new service initiative to improve the operation.
Additionally, she was a 2001/2002 Walt Disney World Ambassador, serving as the spokesperson and representative for Florida-based cast and crew members. She also worked in Walt Disney World human resources in various roles, including a human resources manager, professional recruiter and talent planning manager.
Outside of Disney, her professional experience included jobs as a co-founder and owner of a financial group and serving as a high school athletics board member.
