Henry Toledo provides leadership in the development and execution of Valet Living’s people strategies, including succession planning, learning and development, performance management, organizational development, total rewards, and culture. He has 24 years of experience in human resources and talent management, most recently at Citigroup, where he led an initiative to convert four HR operations (North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific) into one global HR organization with a consistent global operating model in only 18 months. He has a bachelor’s degree in HR management from Georgia State University and a master’s in management from Temple University. He also recently completed an intensive HR management program at Duke University. He is fluent in Spanish.
